This growing engagement provides the foundation for the player
insights, representation and development programmes highlighted
throughout this report, reinforcing the RPA’s role as the independent
voice of players across elite rugby.
The RPA has also continued to strengthen its visibility and
engagement across the game, creating new opportunities to
connect players with supporters. During the Gallagher PREM Final
and Premiership Women’s Rugby Final, supporters were given
the opportunity to celebrate their favourite players through the
introduction of RPA Big Heads, helping to bring the player voice
to the heart of the matchday experience and further raising awareness
of the RPA’s work across the sport.
This year’s report shows how a stronger collective voice is driving
meaningful change, ensuring player welfare, development and
representation remain central to the future of the game.
